when will my car arrive?
The earliest arrivals will be September, and the latest will be December. If this changes in the coming months, we’ll be sure to let you know but we are working as hard as we can to get the cars to you as quickly as possible.
how can I get my deposit back?
Really simple. We offer no hassle refunds of your £99 pre-order deposit. Simply contact our customer relations team by whichever channel is most convenient to you, and they’ll sort it out straight away. You can see how to contact us here.
i’ve changed my mind on the specification, can I change my pre-order?
Don’t worry, your order does not become final until our friendly retailer has been in touch with you to finalise your requirements, so just keep in mind the changes you’d like to make and explain them to your chosen retailer when they make contact. They can make the changes for you.
what are your finance offers?
You’re a pioneer! You’ve pre-ordered your Arkana before any vehicles are built and our finance offers aren’t ready yet. We’ve given you the MRRP to give you an idea of the cost of the vehicle, and we’ll continue to work on our finance offers, which will be available when your retailer gets in touch with you. If the finance package (or anything else!) isn’t right for you, we’ll simply refund you your deposit.
i have a part exchange, what is it worth and can I use it towards buying my new Arkana?
Yes! We welcome all part exchanges and you will be able to use this towards the purchase of your Arkana. When your retailer gets in touch, they’ll ask you to take your vehicle to them so that they can give you the very best value of your car, and help explain what your new car will cost you. In the meantime, you can see what your car is worth today by clicking here, but note that values change all of the time (up and down!) so the valuation you get today may be different from the one you receive in July.
i already have a Renault funded with finance, can I still pre-order?

We envisage our new family member will be extremely popular with thousands of people pre-ordering their vehicle. It may take our retailers a few days to work through all of the orders, but rest assured they will be in contact with you as soon as possible!
